The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the schedule for the May 2025 examinations. The exams will cover Foundation, Intermediate, Final courses, and the International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT-AT). Detailed Exam Schedule
Foundation Course
- Exam Dates:
- May 15 (Thursday)
- May 17 (Saturday)
- May 19 (Monday)
- May 21 (Wednesday)
- Timings:
- Papers 1 and 2: 2 PM – 5 PM
- Papers 3 and 4: 2 PM – 4 PM
Intermediate Course
- Group I:
- May 3 (Saturday)
- May 5 (Monday)
- May 7 (Wednesday)
- Group II:
- May 9 (Friday)
- May 11 (Sunday)
- May 14 (Wednesday)
- Timings:
- All papers: 2 PM – 5 PM
Final Course
- Group I:

Application Dates
- Opening of Online Application Window: March 1, 2025 (Saturday)
- Last Date for Submission (without late fee): March 14, 2025 (Friday)
- Last Date for Submission (with late fee of ₶600): March 17, 2025 (Monday)
- Correction Window: March 18 (Tuesday) to March 20 (Thursday), 2025
No Exam Day
- May 12, 2025 (Monday): No exams will be held on this day due to Buddha Purnima, a national holiday.
Important Examination Guidelines
- Admit Cards:
- Admit cards will be made available for download on the official ICAI website approximately 14 days before the commencement of the exams.
- Examination Centers:
- Exams will be held across multiple centers in India and abroad. Ensure that you select the correct center during the application process.
- Exam Pattern:
- All papers will have a duration of 3 hours, except Foundation Paper 3 and 4 (2 hours) and Final Paper 6 (4 hours).
- Mode of Application:
- Applications must be submitted online through the Self Service Portal (SSP) at https://eservices.icai.org.
- Late Fee:
- A late fee of ₶600 will be applicable for applications submitted after March 14, 2025.
- Required Documents:
- Scanned copies of a recent passport-sized photograph and signature are mandatory for the application.

- Ensure that you have the updated syllabus for your respective course and group. Focus on topics that carry higher weightage in the exams.
