Eligibility for Refunds

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of service completion.
  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of non-performance or significant errors caused by our team.
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays or failures due to incomplete, incorrect, or invalid information/documents provided by the customer.
Refund Request Process

  • Order ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)
Refund Approval
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and validated by our team. QuickComply reserves the right to approve or reject the refund based on the case details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are permitted only before the initiation of the service. Once the service process has begun (e.g., submission of applications or document processing), cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the service has started.
  • Services delayed or canceled due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • Government fees or third-party costs already incurred.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5. Amendments to the Policy

QuickComply reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
